Rabbit stickers

This 2011 is year of Rabbit according to Chinese calendar.
I made some Rabbit stickers to celebrate it!

My first zippered pouch

I always think that anything associate with zipper is too hard to make.
I don't know why. I have seen a lot of tutorial but I just couldn't start it.
BUT
I saw this tutorial and I felt that I could do it.
It's important that you 'feel'.
Coz if I don't feel it than I can't do it.

Anyway I actually started and finished without Big mistake.
:)
I can make Zippered pouch now.

to decorate front side I used fabric sticker

and I add a small pocket on the back side.

craft paper and paper doily

Craft paper and white paper doily packaging.
They seem well matched.
White doily gives soft romantic feel to rough unprocessed craft paper.
Lovely!

Kitchen Mat and Drawstring Bag

I have changed the kitchen mat a couple of weeks ago.
I bought this fabric from IKEA.
Simple and clean.

There were a few leftover fabrics so I made a drawstring bag.

It will organise my big messy bag.

Here is more drawstring bags.
There wasn't much Red fabric left so it can be used only little part.
But white pattern looks great with little touch of red.
I didn't use lining for these.

I have 3 more bags.

Happy New year.
Pictures are second day of new year exactly.

We missed first day as you might guess we couldn't wake up
so we went to King's park on second day
to celebrate out new year.
